Returns:
To return a product, contact us at kundsupport@miniprojektor.se. We’ll send you instructions and the return address in Helsingborg. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery.
Defective or wrong item:
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery (include a photo or video). We’ll resolve it quickly.
Right of withdrawal:
You have a 14-day withdrawal period under Swedish law. You may open and test the product carefully, but it must remain in essentially new condition for a full refund.
Return shipping:
Customers pay return shipping unless it’s a valid claim or defect. Use a trackable shipping option.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unclaimed packages:
Uncollected parcels are returned automatically. A SEK 199 handling fee applies.
Warranty:
All products include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects (not misuse, accidents, or wear and tear).
Order cancellation:
Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. Once shipped, it can’t be stopped, but you may return it after delivery.
